Tangy seafood sauce is the perfect complement to this jumbo garlic shrimp dip.

1 eight ounce package cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
8-10 jumbo shrimp cooked in butter and garlic (cool and chop shrimp)
1 250ml jar seafood cocktail sauce
1 green bell pepper diced
3 green onions diced
1 large tomato, seeded and diced
1 1/2 cups shredded marble cheese

This is the perfect perogy dough. 1 container sour cream (500 ml)
4 eggs, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 6 cups all-purpose flour. Mix together to form a dough. Separate dough into 2 balls. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in refrigerator 2-3 hours or overnight.

Cook Time: 20 mins

Serves: 6 servings

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1 lb Spicy Italian Sausage chopped

1 Yellow Onion small, diced

3 cloves Garlic minced

2 stalks Celery diced

2 cans Coconut Milk (400ml x2) (full fat coconut milk makes this creamier)

4 cups Chicken Broth (low sodium)

Pinch of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon celery seed

2 Cans of White Beans (drained) (14.5 oz, cannellini beans)

2 cups Spinach (fresh)

1 sprig Rosemary

2 Bay Leaves

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated) (sprinkle a pinch of cheese on soup for serving)

Directions

In a soup pot, heat oil over medium heat, add the chopped pieces of Italian sausage until cooked through

Then add in the onion, garlic and celery. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent

Add in the chicken broth, coconut milk, salt, pepper flakes, spices, beans, rosemary and bay leaves. Bring to a low boil and then reduce to a simmer. Let simmer for 15 minutes

Discard rosemary and bay leaves. Stir in the spinach. Remove from heat and serve with a pinch of Parmesan cheese on top.

🇺🇸 Thanksgiving = Leftover Turkey Pot Pie or substitute roast chicken. Ingredients:
2 cups cooked turkey
1 package of Pillsbury Flaky Rolls
1/3 cup flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon water
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
1/2 cup celery cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 carrots cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 cup cream or milk (cream will make the sauce thicker)
1 1/2 cups chicken broth

Directions:
*Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Step 1
Melt butter in oven safe saucepan. Add onion, celery and carrots. Cook on your stovetop over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Until vegetables are slightly softened.
Step 2
Add poultry seasoning, celery seed, and garlic powder. Mix.
Step 3
Add flour in small batches. The vegetables and butter mix will look pasty when all of the flour is added.
Step 4
Mix in cream and chicken stock, add turkey. Stir and bring to a low boil.
Step 5
Open the package of refrigerated rolls. With a rolling pin, roll out each individual Pillsbury Flaky roll roughly 4- 5 inches wide.
Step 6
Lower the temperature of turkey mixture to simmer. Carefully add rolled dough to cover the simmering turkey mixture in the pot. I used about 6 pieces of dough.
Step 7
Mix one egg and one teaspoon of water in a small bowl. Brush dough with egg mixture. Just once overtop. You will not use the entire egg mixture.
Step 8
Move the saucepan to a preheated oven. Bake for 14-15 minutes. Watch carefully.
Step 9
With an oven mitt carefully remove your One Pot Leftover Turkey Pot Pie. #onepotmeal #thanksgivingleftovers #easymeals

Fresh Tomato and Burrata Pizza Dip Creamy and so flavourful. Grab some crusty bread and start dipping. #forthew #gamedayappetizer Ingredients
2 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 olive oil
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
pinch of chili flakes
1 cup marinara sauce
200 ml (7oz) Boursin Cuisine Cream Sauce
1 cup shredded marble cheese
1 250 gram ball of Burrata cheese
12-14 small pepperoni slices
fresh basil

Directions
*Preheat oven to 425 F Degrees
Step 1
Remove Burrata from liquid and carefully place the Burrata ball on a clean dish towel to drain extra liquid from exterior.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl add halved cherry tomatoes, olive oil, Italian seasoning and chili flakes. Mix.
Step 3
Add tomato mixture to an oven safe casserole dish. Bake at 425 F for 20 mins.
Step 4
In a medium mixing bowl add Boursin Cuisine Cream Sauce and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Mix.
Step 5
Once tomatoes are baked. Remove from oven. Add one cup of marinara sauce. Mix.
Step 6
Carefully spoon cream sauce and shredded cheese mixture over the tomato mixture.
Step 7
Add Burrata and break it apart over the cheese and tomato in the casserole dish
Step 8
Top with pepperoni slices
Step 9
Bake for 15 mins in 425F Degree oven

*Top with fresh basil. Serve warm with toasted garlic bread or baguette

2.5 pounds or roughly 24 chicken wings (split with wing tips removed)
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2-3 teaspoons Sea Salt
2 teaspoons black pepper (freshly ground)
1 tablespoon Baking Powder

Directions
*Preheat oven to 425 F degrees
Step 1
Rinse Wings. Pat dry with paper towel. Add to large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Drizzle the wings with olive oil. Toss. Add half the salt and pepper. Toss. Add baking powder. Toss.
Step 3
On a large parchment lined baking sheet, arrange wings in a single layer. Add a little more salt and pepper.
Step 4
Bake in 425F degree oven for 15 mins. Remove. Flip the wings. Add more salt and pepper if desired. Continue baking for 15 mins.

Ingredients
1 cup Blue Cheese
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 fresh lemon juiced (about 1 tablespoon)
1 tablespoon white vinegar
salt and pepper for taste

Step 1
Using a fork crumble Blue Cheese in a medium mixing bowl
Step 2
Add Mayo, yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar and salt and pepper. Mix.

1 English Cucumber
2 medium Vine Ripened Tomatoes (seeded)
1 medium Red Onion
1 cup of Renee’s Gourmet Greek Dressing (355 ml bottle)
1 250 gram package softened Cream Cheese
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Pita Chips, Pretzel crisps or Tostitos for dipping

Directions
Step 1
Wash and slice the tomatoes in half. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Dice seeded tomatoes. Set aside.
Step 2
Wash and dice cucumber and red onion. Set aside.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl add softened cream cheese and Renee’s Gourmet Greek dressing. Blend.
Step 4
Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil. Spread cream cheese mixture on bottom of pan. This will be a thin layer.
Step 5
Add vegetable toppings and crumbled feta.
