For years I've been searching for the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe. And I've finally found it. I've enjoyed my mom's crisp cookies, perfect for dipping in milk. I've adored the local bakery's gooey loaded and soft chocolate chip cookies. However, about three years ago I found THIS recipe. Submitted by a woman named Dora on the Allrecipes website. These are soft inside and crisp on the edges. I've cut down on the amount of sugar and the amount of chocolate chips. Otherwise, this is true to Dora's delicious recipe.
